The Betty Allen Chapter, DAR Inc. has a rich history dating back to 1926 when we acquired the Clapp House. This prestigious building is one of the finest remaining Colonial houses in Northampton, recognized as a Massachusetts Historic Property on the National Register of Historic Homes.

Count your individual laps or relay with a team, then return to the Dow Pavilion by 3pm to replenish your spirit at our annual Friendship Picnic.
In true Betty Allen Chapter tradition, we will feed you an early supper of Turkey Chili, Dan's most delicious ever beans, baked potatoes, salads, desserts and more! Gluten Free options will be available. $35 per person (children under 12 free)
